I really wish I could record this rather than write it but Bryan is an EXCELLENT REALTOR! Bryan was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously with my home search. At the time I was hunting I wanted to look at HUD homes first because of the low payment incentive they were advertising. Many realtors did not want to go through the HUD process, but Bryan did and I LOVE MY HOUSE...I also love that its appriased at 12k more than what I paid for it. My house hunt took a year for reasons that were beyond our control but Bryan conitnued to call, e-mail and work things out for me. The next time I buy I will utilize his services and have been referring friends and family ever since. There is NO OTHER REALTOR. He is it. :)

If 6% of the value of your home is $30K, you have a $500K house. You are an amateur at selling houses. I would hire a professional if I were you. The problem is that many real estate agents are not truly professional. Do it as a hobby rather than a business, and don't really know how to sell a house.
